This Condo is approximately 2,000 square feet and has a fully-equipped kitchen, large private balcony, gas grill, gas fireplace in the living room, high-definition TV, washer/dryer, and like all Antlers condominiums comes standard with a small safe, humidifier, iron and ironing board, and hair dryers. Complimentary WiFi and daily housekeeping services are included during your stay. For summer reservations: One night’s deposit plus tax is due at the time of booking, and full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive the refunded deposit less a $25 administration fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit.
 

NEW WINTER CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit Policy: One night’s deposit w/tax due at Booking. Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. 

Cancellation Policy: If made more than 30 days prior to arrival, full refund less $50 per bedroom. Less than 30 days, entire payment amount is non-refundable.
