Walking in the front door you’ll find yourself in the ski hall where you can store your gear and heat boots with the boot warmers. From this hall, you'll access the Highlands Skiway. This main floor also features the living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a large flat-screen TV and patio access with gas grill. In addition, the kitchen with beautiful dark granite countertops, updated appliances and breakfast bar. The adjacent dining area has seating for up to 8 guests.

Head up the stairs to all 3 bedrooms. The first is the Master Suite with a King Bed and en suite bath with steam shower and heated floors. The second bedroom also features a King Bed and has an en suite bath with a shower-tub combo. The third bedroom has two (2) sets of log twin bunk beds and its own en suite bath with a shower-tub combo. There are flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms.

Cancellation Policy:

11.1. In the case of cancellation, all payments that have been received are non-refundable.

11.2. We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment. We offer policies with Rental Guardian Travel Insurance that are available to you at the time of making your reservation. Please indicate this on the booking form or in writing if you wish to add this to your reservation. This can

be added anytime up to 60 days prior to arrival, although additional pre-existing condition coverage applies if the insurance is added within 10 days of reservation confirmation. Please note that if arriving less than 30 days out, travel insurance needs to be purchased at time of booking to cover pre-existing conditions.

11.3. Notification in writing (email or fax) is required to cancel any lodging or additional services and activities. Group Leaders are responsible in making all guests in their party aware of these terms.

11.4. There are no full or partial refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

11.5. In the event that any kind of refund is provided, the Property Manager will retain 20% of any amounts received to cover administration costs and credit card fees.
