Description
1 Saddleridge is a creative combination of two adjacent townhomes that created an exquisite, one-of-a-kind luxury vacation rental home in the exclusive Saddleridge neighborhood of Beaver Creek.
The living areas of this home include lavish finishes of custom zebrawood floors and Venetian plaster. The two Great Rooms both offer wood-burning floor-to-ceiling stone fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and panoramic picture windows offering great views of Beaver Creek mountain. These rooms also provide patio access with views of Strawberry Park. There is also a pullout sofa in the living room to the right.
On the upper level, you arrive at the dining area with a 12-person dining table and the large state-of-the-art kitchen complete with Viking range and custom cabinetry. You also have a gas grill just outside on the adjacent deck for year-round grilling action.
Upon entering the front door there are two guest bedrooms just down the hall. Each bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV and an ensuite bathroom. Head up a half flight of stairs to find the master and junior master suites. Each suite has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The master has a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom and the junior master a soaking tub. The master also features a quaint built-in fireplace.
Go up another half flight of steps to find the two unique great rooms and up another half flight to the kitchen and dining area. Also, on this level is a den with a queen sleeper sofa and powder room with shower.
SKI ACCESS: At the end of the day you can ski-in to this home; follow signs to the Saddleridge Restaurant and the ski trail will take you there. However, this home is not ski-out. Your best bet is to take the regular shuttle to the base village, a couple of minutes away.
Staying at this home offers you immediate access to the wonderful on-site Saddleridge Restaurant and bar, which is considered a hidden gem by many guests. You also have access to the fitness center, pool, hot tubs, for a unique combination of health, relaxation, and solitude.
Your Safe Home Guarantee: All homes and residences are cleaned to the highest standards following the VRMA Safe Home guidelines and using cleaning products recommended by the CDC.

If Tenant cancels or terminates this Lease sixty (60) days or more from the start of occupancy of the Lease, then Landlord shall not retain the 50% down payment Tenant provided. If Tenant cancels or terminates this Lease less than sixty (60) days from the start of occupancy of the Lease, then Tenant shall forfeit the return of any and all monies paid by Tenant to Landlord. Tenant’s forfeiture of said payments/Rent as provided for in this paragraph is LIQUIDATED DAMAGES and is not a penalty because the amount the Parties hereto agree is fair and reasonable, the Parties intend to liquidate the damages, and this is because the actual damages of Landlord would be extremely difficult and impractical to ascertain.
