Antlers at Vail Unit 304 is a Studio Suite Condominium. It is 680 square feet, and like all Antlers condos has a fully equipped kitchen, living & dining areas, bedroom and bathroom, private balcony with a gas grill, and a gas fireplace. There is a king-size bed in the bedroom area that can be divided off from the rest of the condo and a sleeper sofa in the living area. This condo has great views of Gore Creek and Vail Mountain, and is nestled next to the surrounding foliage by Gore Creek. Complimentary WiFi and daily housekeeping service are included in the nightly rate and a small safe, iron & ironing board, box fan, and humidifier come standard.

Deposit & Cancellation Policies

Summer/Fall/Early Winter: April 15th through December 8th: 1 night deposit due at booking and is refundable if cancelled outside of 14 days. 14 days prior to arrival the full non-refundable deposit will be taken.
 
Winter: December 9th through April 15th: (except for December 22-31): 1 night deposit due at booking and is refundable if cancelled outside of 30 days. 30 days prior to arrival the full non-refundable deposit will be taken.
 
Peak Holiday: December 22nd-31st: 1 night deposit due at booking and is refundable if cancelled outside of 45 days. 45 days prior to arrival the full non-refundable deposit will be taken.
