Simultaneously, much of the furniture and appliances are new and all is in great working order. The house has a very unique charm that might just be perfect for your traveling posse.

Off the back deck is a gorgeous forested area with a babbling brook, and the home is very short walk to the ski slopes where you can simply pop on your gear, or approximately 8 minute walk to the heart of the Vail Village. Overall, this vintage masterpiece is a wonderful value for those looking to be in the heart of all the action!

Great location; walk 100 yds to slope. Kitchen was fully equipped, new appliances. Bathrooms a bit dated, but fully functional, lots of hot water (everyone can shower right off the slopes). Be sure to get a 4WD vehicle; driveway is steep, and could be tough to get out if it's snowy or icy. More than met our needs & expectations.

It is dated with many off limit closets. It’s functional. This is perfect for a family. There are plenty of sleeping options. The location ON the mountain is ideal. We’d definitly stay here again.

We loved our stay. The house was great for our group of 8 - spacious, clean, well-maintained home. Everything was seamless from booking to checkout. LOVED the location - easy and pretty walk to both Vail Village and Lionshead and nestled in the woods. Felt secluded but so close to the action. Would definitely return.

This space was fantastic for our group of 7 (5 adults, 2 children). Comfortable beds with good storage in each room. Lovely living area with attractive fireplace and gas fire to warm us up after each day's skiing. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Kitchen was sufficiently equipped for cooking dinner each evening over 6 days and a spacious dining area. Location for the ski runs was perfect - an easy 3-minute walk to the slope and an easy, short run down to the chairlifts and ticket booths.

This unit was great for me and my group of 6 people. The house is in a great location, surrounded by other absurd, multi-million-dollar homes. But since this one is still the original unit from the 60s / 70s, it is a bit cheaper (finishes are a bit dated), but perfectly placed and very comfortable for our group. Could have comfortable slept 9. The access to the Aria Spa was amazing – really-nice facility with steam, hot tub, pool and showers. A 10-minute drive from the condo, FYI. Ski in, Ski out was incredible! Would definitely book this place again next time I go to Vail with a group.

• Partial or pro-rated funds are not available in cases of weather, lack of snow, poor skiing conditions, health issues, transportation delays, pandemics, COVID-19 outbreaks, resort closures or governmental orders. Summer Rental Policies:

CHECK-OUT: 10:00am

• 50% of total rental cost is due upon booking.
• Balance of total rental cost is due 14 days prior for summer bookings. Balances will be charged to the card on file automatically. Confirmations automatically go out when payments are received.
• Due to the COVID-19 outbreak we have amended our rental policies for summer 2020. Final payment is now due 14 days prior to arrival. The cancellation fee is $50 if reservation is cancelled outside of 14 days prior to arrival for Summer.
• For bookings of one month or longer the balance of the rental cost is due 30 days prior to the reservation start date.

Winter Rental Policies:
