Canyon Run is located close (about 6 minute walk or 1 minute drive) to the free shuttle stop at the Elk Lot which will take you to Beaver Creek, or walk to the Westin gondola located only a few blocks away.

I302 is a wonderful, spacious property on two luxurious levels. The main floor consists of the master bedroom, with en suite bathroom, as well as a second bedroom and bath. The upper floor has a large open loft (with extra-large closet) as well as a 3rd bedroom and bath.

Make good use of the amenities including a garage (disconnected from property), common area hot tub by the river, granite level finishes, BBQ grill on deck with Colorado views, and a gas fireplace. This is one of the best values in town!

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES:

• Free cancellations within 24 hours of booking for reservations made outside of 30 days.
• A $200 per unit handling fee will be charged on cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival.
• 100% of the total rental funds received are non-refundable for any reason on cancellations made less than 60 days of arrival. We strongly urge you to purchase traveler's insurance either thru us or on your own. Contact us prior to or 30 days prior to your arrival to purchase travel insurance.
• Partial or pro-rated funds are not available in cases of weather, lack of snow, poor skiing conditions, health issues, transportation delays, pandemics, COVID-19 outbreaks, resort closures or governmental orders. We strongly urge you to purchase traveler's insurance either thru us or on your own. Contact us prior to or 30 days prior to your arrival to purchase travel insurance.

Summer Rental Policies:

CHECK-OUT: 10:00am

• 50% of total rental cost is due upon booking.
• Balance of total rental cost is due 14 days prior for summer bookings. Balances will be charged to the card on file automatically. Confirmations automatically go out when payments are received.
• Due to the COVID-19 outbreak we have amended our rental policies for summer 2020. Final payment is now due 14 days prior to arrival. The cancellation fee is $200 if reservation is cancelled outside of 14 days prior to arrival for Summer.
• For bookings of one month or longer the balance of the rental cost is due 30 days prior to the reservation start date.

Winter Rental Policies:
