At 680 square feet, this spacious condo features a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and updated appliances, an open living and dining area with a stone fireplace, a spacious bedroom with a king bed, and a private balcony with a gas grill. Located on the first floor just next to our creek side pool deck and the Vail bike path, this condo is a great home base for experiencing all of Vail’s exciting activities. Complimentary Wi-Fi and daily housekeeping are included in the nightly rate and a box fan, humidifier, iron, and ironing board come standard.

For summer reservations (April 25, 2022 – November 14, 2022): One night’s deposit plus tax is due at the time of booking, and full payment is due on arrival. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of the deposit (less a $50 per bedroom administration fee). Cancellations made for any reason less than 30 days prior to arrival shall not receive a refund of the deposit.
For winter reservations (November 15, 2022 – April 17, 2023): One night’s deposit plus tax is due August 1 or at the time of booking after August 1, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. The final deposit payment will be charged to the credit card on file.
