There is an outdoor heated pool; free WIFI; free covered parking for one vehicle. For stays of 1,2,3 nights a checkout cleaning fee will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 4 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This 3 Bedroom/3 Bath Suite features living space; one king bed; two queen beds; two twin beds; sofa sleeper; full kitchen; in unit washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2020/2021 SKI SEASON: GUEST ASSUMPTION OF RISK: IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF GUESTS TO ASSESS THE RISKS OF TRAVEL, THEIR ABILITY TO TRAVEL AND TO PLAN AND MANAGE THEIR RESERVATION ACCORDINGLY. VAIL REALTY’S STANDARD DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY HAS BEEN MODIFIED TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE CURRENT PANDEMIC. THIS MODIFIED DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY WILL BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO IN ALL CASES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY HEALTH ISSUES, FEAR OF TRAVEL OR ANY GUIDANCE AGAINST TRAVEL. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED. MODIFIED DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: BEGINNING AUGUST 19, 2020, ALL NEW RESERVATIONS WILL BE CONFIRMED WITH A 25% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT DUE AT OF BOOKING (NO EXTENSIONS). FULL PAYMENT WILL BE DUE 25 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL; AFTER WHICH, ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 25 DAYS OF ARRIVAL ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. FOR ALL RESERVATIONS THAT FALL BETWEEN AND INCLUDE THE DATES DECEMBER 20 - JANUARY 4 (HOLIDAY PERIOD) A 25% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS DUE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING (NO EXTENSIONS) FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE NOVEMBER 25, 2020; AFTER WHICH, ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. CANCELLATIONS AFTER NOVEMBER 25, 2020 ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. THE ONLY EXCEPTIONS TO THIS MODIFIED POLICY WILL BE IN THE EVENT OF A GOVERNMENT-ORDERED CLOSURE OF THE SKI RESORT (VAIL OR BEAVER CREEK) OR GOVERNMENT-ORDERED BAN ON SHORT-TERM RENTALS. IN THE EVENT OF A GOVERNMENT-ORDERED CLOSURE OR BAN, A FULL REFUND OF ALL PAYMENT LESS A 5% TRANSACTION FEE AND THE $75 BOOKING FEE, WHICH ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

BOOKING POLICY:
Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received and accepted by Vacations by Laurie.

CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of cancellation, full refund of the deposit less a $50 per night cancellation fee ($200 minimum);$100 per night fee ($400 minimum) on Christmas & New Year's reservations; will be made only if written notice is received at least 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE (EXCEPT CHRISTMAS & NEW YEARS RESERVATIONS). All payments will be FORFEITED on cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival unless the entire space is rebooked. (Christmas & New Year's reservations' payments will be FORFEITED unless notice of cancellation is received prior to October 1st). All re-booked space is subject to a 20% re-booking fee.
