This West Vail single family home has ample room for families and friends looking for a home away from home in the Vail Valley!

The location is ideal for “living like a local” as it is close to the local grocery markets as well as the North Trail and Buffehr Creek trail system, great for both hiking and mountain biking in the summer, and the free in town shuttle is a short walk away making it convenient to get to and from skiing in the winter.

This residence is located just 2 miles from Lionshead or Vail Village.

For Ski Access: Guests can either drive and park in the town parking garages (parking fees apply) or they can ride the free Town of Vail bus (West Vail Green and Red Routes).

The home has 4 levels total. On the top level is the main entry and two-car garage.

Enter the home and go down one level, guests will find 2 bedrooms and one full bath.

Down another level is the main living space, dining, kitchen and master bedroom with en suite bath. Also, a welcoming wrap around deck is great for morning coffee and evening relaxation by the fire pit.

The lowest level has a large living room, gas fireplace, efficiency kitchen, bedroom with en suite bath and two additional bedrooms with queen beds that share a full bath.

Notes

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations that occur more than 60 days prior to arrival are subject to a full refund of any deposits held, less the amount of one night’s rent. Any deposits held on reservations that are cancelled within 60 days of arrival will be forfeited by the Tenant.

Stays between January 4 and the end of the 2021ski season, a deposit of 25% of the total is due at the time of booking and the remainder is due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations that occur more than 45 days prior to arrival will have their initial payment amount held as a credit toward a future reservation, to be used within one year. Any deposits held on reservations that are cancelled within 45 days of arrival will be forfeited by the Tenant. We recommend Travel Insurance.
