Cancel Policy
One night non refundable deposit at time of booking, Non refundable balance taken 30 days prior to arrival. 
If you cancel your reservation from November 21, 2024 (local hotel time), you will be charged for a 1 night stay.
If you cancel your reservation from November 22, 2024 (local hotel time), you will be charged for a 13 nights stay.

Summer Reservations:
Standard Payment Policy
Reservations require a deposit of the first night’s room rate, due within 24 hours by credit card. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Summer Standard Cancellation Policy
If the reservation is cancelled 30 or more days prior to the arrival date, any payments received are non-refundable.
