Check In
All Residences will check in at the Grand Hyatt Vail front desk, open 24 hours. Guests will enter through the main hotel entrance at 1300 Westhaven Drive, Vail, Co. 81657, and will receive additional instructions and assistance for their specific residence from the front desk agents. Check in: 4:00PM The hotel requires a credit card or deposit at time of check-in to cover incidentals. Authorizations are taken from the provided card, and therefore, debit cards are not recommended. Guests are welcome to store luggage and use Grand Hyatt Vail facilities pre and post check in/out times.

General Policy: Air mattresses are available for an additional fee of $25 per night. Pack N Plays available upon request at no additional cost. Rollaways are not available in condominiums and homes. All residences are designated as non- smoking. No pets allowed in condominiums or private homes. Resort Fee: Nightly charge of 7.5% Written Deposit Policy: February 11, 2021 onwards A nonrefundable deposit equal to 2 nights room rate is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation outside of 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount. Once full payment has been taken, no refund will be given if all or any part of reservation is cancelled either before arrival date or during the stay.
