This Newly Renovated ground floor, walk-out residence is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a spacious living room with a gas fireplace & Smart TV.

Guests also have access to two (2) spacious patios, gas BBQ and underground parking for one car. Additional parking for extra vehicles is available directly across the street from the Pinecone Lodge.

With its close-proximity to the Arrowhead Express Lift (less than a 5-minute walk) on heated walkways in the heart of Arrowhead Village, guests can enjoy the communal pool and hot tub facilities, available in both the summer and winter seasons. During the winter, guests can ski to both Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek villages as part of the Village-to-Village ski experience. Additionally, you are provided with complimentary access to the Dial-a-Ride shuttle, which services each village in Beaver Creek Resort.

This residence includes a complimentary refresh housekeeping service for stays of five to seven nights. Beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling and disinfected. Complimentary linen changes are included during the refresh housekeeping service on stays eight nights or longer. Please note housekeeping services are not scheduled on major holidays.

Our guests receive attentive, personalized service from time of booking until after your departure. You will be allocated a dedicated Personal Concierge to assist with planning each aspect of your getaway.

DEPOSIT POLICIES:

50% of total rental cost is due at time of booking. The balance of the total rental cost is due 60 days prior to arrival. Total rental costs are due upon booking on reservations made within 60 days of arrival.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

Cancellations that occur more than 60 days prior to arrival are subject to a full refund of monies paid, less a 20% cancellation fee. For cancellations within 60 days of arrival, all monies paid will be forfeited.

Travel can be unpredictable, and refunds are not available in cases of weather, lack of snow, poor skiing conditions, health issues or transportation delays. We strongly recommend you obtain Travelers Insurance. To assist our guests, we offer Rental Guardian Travel Insurance which protects against trip cancellations or delays. If you wish to add this travel insurance to your reservation, please select it as part of your booking process.

Note: Full or partial refund may be granted at the sole discretion of the Property Manager based on recovery of lost rents through re-booking. A 20% of rent re-booking fee applies in the event we are able to re-book.
