The expansive main level of this home features a comfortable living room with beautiful, large windows, a roaring fireplace, and a 50" 4K television. This room also provides access to a deck looking toward Beaver Creek village.

The dining room seats 10-14 guests and opens-up to another patio with gorgeous views of the Beaver Creek Chapel and Centennial ski run. Enjoy a meal al fresco at the dining set with seating for four.

If you’re ready to whip up a meal for your crew, you’ll be pleased to find a Dacor Professional 36-inch Dual Fuel Pro Range waiting for you as well as a subzero refrigerator and butcher block. The kids can keep you company at the breakfast bar with seating for two.

The master bedroom on the third level welcomes with a king bed, large, beautiful windows, his and hers closets, a large master bathroom with a separate shower, and a jetted tub. This level has two additional bedrooms with queen beds and en suite bathrooms. On this level you will also find the laundry room.

The top level of the home has a sleeping loft with a king bed, a trundle bed with two twin beds, a small desk, and an ensuite bathroom.

On the ground level of the home, you will find a large bedroom with two twin-over-full bunk beds and large-screen television.

At 40 Elk track, you can ski home, walk to fine dining and art galleries, and so much more. The convenience of this home cannot be beaten.

Guests can also enjoy access to the outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym at the Osprey Hotel, which is immediately adjacent.

SKI ACCESS: From the lower level you have the option to walk out the door and head north past a few townhomes to access the green and blue Intertwine Ski Run. Head back down this ski run at the end of the day to access your residence. Alternatively, just cross the street toward the church and head down to the Centennial Lift, which is just a 4-minute walk from your front door.

Cancellation and Refunds

Notification to the Property Manager in writing (e-mail or fax) is required for the Guest to cancel any reservation, catering, additional services, or activities. 48 hours after the reservation is confirmed with a partial or full payment, a reservation may not be changed to a different property. Guests with confirmed reservations who desire to change Homes, regardless of reason, must cancel the original reservation pursuant to the cancellation policy, and a new reservation must be made at the alternate Home, which reservation is also subject to the cancellation policy.

In the case of cancellation by the Guest, all payments are non-refundable. Refunds are in the sole discretion of the Property Manager, and if any kind of refund is offered, the Property Manager may retain 20% to cover administrative costs and credit card fees.

The Property Manager highly recommends that Guests purchase travel insurance. Vacations by Laure offers travel insurance, www.rentalguardian.com at the time of reservation. Travel insurance may be added anytime up to final payment, 60 days prior to arrival, although additional pre-existing condition coverage applies if the insurance is added within 21 days of reservation confirmation. For reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, travel insurance may be purchased at the time of reservation to cover pre-existing conditions.

There are no full or partial refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
