If Guest cancels a reservation 30 or more days prior to the arrival date, the entire initial deposit less a $100.00 cancellation fee shall be refunded to Guest. If Guest cancels a reservation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, Guest shall NOT be entitled to the refund of any portion of any deposits paid by Guest. Deposits for accommodations during Holidays and non-refundable promos are NON-REFUNDABLE. We will not be held liable for circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to inclement weather, evacuation due to earthquakes, flooding, or other natural disasters, and NO REFUNDS will be issued under these circumstances.
