After parking in front of the building, walk up a stairway to your third-floor condo. Step into an open concept living area with the kitchen to your immediate right.
This upscale cooking space features marble countertops and stainless-steel appliances including a stove/oven combo, microwave and dishwasher. While the chef whips up lunch, sit and chat at the breakfast bar with seating for three.
The kitchen overlooks the main living area, detailed with hardwood floors and a stone gas fireplace. In the mood for a movie night? There’s a 46' TV, soundbar, and Blu-ray player. Make popcorn, then sprawl out on the sectional or matching armchairs.
Just next to the kitchen, a dining table has seating for six. Nearby, glass doors open out to a deck with great views towards the ski area, and there’s also a gas grill and small table with two chairs – a scenic spot for enjoying morning coffee.

BED & BATH
Walk down the hallway from the main living room to find the condo’s two bedrooms, each of which sleep two. All rooms are appointed with new bedding.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed and a 32” TV with cable. An en-suite with tiled floors and a shower/tub combo lets you get ready for the day at leisure.
A snug guest bedroom is situated on the left of the hallway. The room comes with two twin beds, another 32” TV, and an en-suite with a tiled walk-in shower.
Bringing the kids? They’ll love camping out in the guest bedroom’s loft area (accessed via a small wooden staircase) with two twin beds.

This vacation rental requires a three-night minimum stay.

LOCATION
Ready for an alpine adventure? Snowmass Ski Area lifts are just a 2-minute shuttle ride away - which stops in front of your door - and in most ski seasons you can typically ski right to your complex. Tear down the resort’s slopes during the skiing season, then explore a range of activities during summer, from paragliding and ballooning to kayaking and rafting.
You are also just a quick 15-minute drive from Aspen and all it has to offer! Or leave the car at home and take the free buses that run every 15 minutes between Snowmass Village and Aspen just a short walk from your door. Either way you are in a perfect location to enjoy all the area has to offer!
Outdoor adventures left you hungry? Dig into pizzas at Taster’s, go for Italian at Il Poggio, or order hearty German specialties at The Edge Restaurant and Bar – all are within a 5-minute drive.
