Ski Access: Cresta 1923 has exclusive access to a ski-in, ski-out Arrowhead cabin with ski lockers and parking for up to 5 cars. To access the cabin, you can walk approximately 200 feet from the home or drive and leave your car for the day.

Cancellation and Refunds: Notification in writing (e-mail) is required for the Guest to cancel any reservation, catering, additional services, or activities. In the case of cancellation by the Guest, all payments are non-refundable. Refunds are in the sole discretion of the Property Manager, and if any kind of refund is offered, the Property Manager will retain 20% to cover administrative costs and credit card fees. There are no full or partial refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
