The living room showcases stunning views of the slopes and surrounding mountains through massive floor to ceiling windows. Vaulted ceilings give the room a sense of spacious grandeur where you can curl up next to the large stone encase fireplace with loved ones. Large enough to sleep 18 people, this beautiful home is the perfect place to have a family gathering or a long-awaited reunion. Enjoy taking in the views of the Wilson Range from sunrise to sunset, soaking your worries away in the private hot tub & taking mental notes as you watch skiers from the hot tub.

Stay Details:

Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
The maximum occupancy is 18 people, allows for a maximum of 10 adults and 8 children at any time.
The maximum number of cars at the property is 4.
Home is a brisk 15-minute walk to the free gondola or Chondola during the winter, but we recommend calling complimentary Dial-A-Ride for a shuttle to and from the slopes.
There are 7 total flights of stairs in this home and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
Ski-in / Ski-out dependent on snow level.
During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.

Reservation/Cancellation Policy: The initial payment of 50% of the Grand Total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to the date of arrival. If the Guest cancels prior to 110 days prior to the check-in date, the entire initial payment shall be refunded to the Guest, less a cancellation charge of one night's rent plus taxes and the service fee. If the Guest cancels after the full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. The Grand Total shall be non-refundable if the rental period is equal to or greater than thirty (30) nights. A credit card preauthorization of $1,700.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.

Shipping packages and ski gear to the home is not permitted.  Shipping to our local address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Please reach out to the Reservation Team for more info.
