We do not guarantee specific room assignments. There are a myriad of surprises that can force us to change room assignments. If you ask for this certain condo and we confirm that request, the odds are very good (95%), but NOT 100%. We DO guarantee that you’ll be in a comparable or better room of equal or larger sizes. As much as we want your business, if your entire decision to book a reservation is based on these pictures and being absolutely assured this specific condominium, we regretfully can’t do it. But if you’re comfortable with a 95% chance that this will be your condominium and trust us to “make things right” if it isn’t… then book with us…you’ll be glad you did.
Antlers at Vail Unit #621 is a Platinum-Rated 4 Bedroom/4 Bath Condo. This condo is approximately 2,000 square feet and has a fully equipped kitchen, large private balcony, gas grill, gas fireplace in the living room, high-definition TVs, washer/dryer, and like all Antlers condominiums comes standard with a small safe, humidifier, iron and ironing board, and hair dryers. Complimentary Wi-Fi and daily housekeeping services are included during your stay. This east facing condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom, a queen size bed in the third bedroom, and two twin size beds in the fourth bedroom making this condo a great lodging option for a group of friends, or large families of 4-8 people. For summer reservations: One night’s deposit plus tax is due at the time of booking, and full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive the refunded deposit less a $25 administration fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit.
NEW WINTER CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit Policy: One night’s deposit w/tax due October 1st, 2020. Full payment due 45 days prior to arrival. Deposit Protection available for 3% of Total.
Cancellation Policy: If made more than 45 days prior to arrival, full refund less $50 per bedroom. Less than 45 days, entire payment amount is non-refundable. Parking Policy: Parking is $50/night based on availability.
