Notes

Reservations/Cancellation Policies

Winter Reservations:
Standard Payment Policy
2 nights lodging and tax due upon booking, full payment of reservation total due 30 days prior to arrival

Winter Standard Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received more than 61 days are refundable less $75, between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival date are subject to deposit of two nights rent including taxes and fees. Cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival are subject to full forfeiture of the reservation total.

Summer Reservations:
Standard Payment Policy
Reservations require a deposit of the first night’s room rate, due within 24 hours by credit card. Final payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.

Summer Standard Cancellation Policy
If the reservation is cancelled 8 or more days prior to the arrival date, any payments received will receive a refund less a $50 handling charge. 7 days prior to arrival the reservation becomes non-refundable.
