This beautiful Highlands Slopeside residence is in Beaver Creek Village, with excellent direct SKI IN/SKI OUT access! Guests experience the privacy of being tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the village, while at the same time enjoying SKI IN/SKI OUT access to the Centennial lift right from this residence's back patio! This lovely residence split into two levels can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. The lower level includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a wood-burning fireplace, dining room, two guest bedrooms and direct ski access off the back patio .
Guests can access the communal pool and hot tub facilities at Highlands Lodge as well as the free Dial-a-Ride shuttle service to any of the villages located in Beaver Creek Resort. Guests also have access to the Highlands Slopeside amenities including the fitness room.
This residence includes a complimentary refresh housekeeping service for stays of five to seven nights. Beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling and disinfected. Complimentary linen changes are included during the refresh housekeeping service on stays eight nights or longer. Please note housekeeping services are not scheduled on major holidays.

DEPOSIT POLICIES:
50% of the total rental cost is due at the time of booking. The balance of the total rental cost is due 60 days prior to arrival. Total rental costs are due upon booking on reservations made within 60 days of arrival.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
Cancellations that occur more than 60 days prior to arrival are subject to a full refund of monies paid, less a 20% cancellation fee. For cancellations within 60 days of arrival, all monies paid will be forfeited.
Travel can be unpredictable, and refunds are not available in cases of weather, lack of snow, poor skiing conditions, health issues or transportation delays. We strongly recommend you obtain Travelers Insurance.
