Additional features include two guest suites, each with a beautifully appointed bathroom (one has a king-size bed, the other has two twin beds that can be converted into a king), a stacked washer/dryer, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Residence layout and views may vary by unit.
Guests will appreciate mountain or village views from the terrace, as well as the convenience of being steps from the base of Beaver Creek Mountain and Village dining and shopping. 10% deposit of total lodging is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival at which time the stay is non-refundable.
Reservations April 20 – November 15
5% deposit of total lodging is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Final payment is due 48-hours prior to arrival at which time the stay is non-refundable.
Holiday Reservations December 20 – Jan 3
10% deposit of total lodging is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
