This charming, single-level mountain retreat, set in the heart of Beaver Creek, offers a family room with a gas fireplace, 72” Smart TV, and a sleeper sofa; a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including double ovens) and an eat-in, waterfall-edge natural stone island; plus, a dining table for eight.
Additional features include three guest suites, each with an attached bathroom (primary has a king size bed and 55” TV, secondary has two double beds, a 45” TV, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, desk/workspace, and can be locked off), a third bedroom with two twin beds and a 45” TV, ceiling fans, stacked washer/dryer, and garage parking for one vehicle. This residence does not have air conditioning.

10% deposit of total lodging is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival at which time the stay is non-refundable.

5% deposit of total lodging is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Final payment is due 48-hours prior to arrival at which time the stay is non-refundable.
Holiday Reservations December 20 – Jan 3
10% deposit of total lodging is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
