Amenities include valet parking, twice-daily housekeeping, heated outdoor swimming pool and hot tubs, on-site movement studio and fitness center, teen recreation room and outdoor fire pit. A lounge area offers full bar service and light dining fare, and ski and snowboard rentals and retail merchandise are available on site through Vail Sports.

Pets Policy: Dogs allowed in limited guest rooms and private residences ONLY with prior permission. Pet Fees apply.

Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel at any time.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Vail Parking Policy: The Ritz-Carlton charges $60 a day for each vehicle, guests are guaranteed one car, the second vehicle is subject to availability. Other Policy: Ritz Carlton Residences: Parking for 2 vehicles allowed at each residence. For each vehicle, there will be a $60 valet parking fee per night.

Taxes: Please note the taxes charged by the property are subject to change based on applicable laws and regulations. The actual taxes charged are based on the dates of your stay and not the dates of booking.

Any changes or modifications to confirmed reservations are subject to current rates and availability.

Written Deposit Policy: Once full payment has been taken, the reservation is non-changeable & nonrefundable. No refund will be given if all or any part of the reservation is canceled either before the arrival date or during the stay.

Children: Children under 12 years of age stay free with adults when using existing bedding. Children 12 years of age and older, however, will incur charges over double occupancy in guest rooms. This is a $25 extra charge per night per child. The maximum number of adults in one room is two. The concierge can arrange babysitting services and assist guests with activities geared toward children.
