McCoy Peak #107 is grand in scope, yet sparingly designed to make the best use of the living space. A golden framed mirror adds a quality of depth and dimension. A decorative, floral-patterned side chair, a vintage leather ottoman and ‘rocking’ lounge chairs, together with a pair of autumnal-themed area rugs, creates an ambiance of old-world romance. The kitchenette is practical, accoutered with granite counter tops and backsplash, a double burner stove top and microwave/confection oven. There's a petite dining table for two tucked into a nicely situated nook. The enormous granite-stoned hearth and gas fireplace exude a sense of warmth, light and spirited splendor. A grandiose marble-tiled bathroom has his/hers sinks and both a substantive sunken jacuzzi tub and large stand-up shower equipped with bench. There’s an ample storage closet, combo stacked washer/dryer unit and plenty of room for your particulars. HD TV, high-speed Wi-Fi and a Keurig coffee maker are among the amenities.
In addition, MPL is situated in the very heart of Beaver Creek, this wonderful SKI IN/SKI OUT condominium is just steps away from the center of the village and offers a ski-way to the main Centennial chairlift. Access to the slopes is unparalleled with the Haymeadow run right outside the door of the well-appointed ski locker room. You’ll be provided with access to a delightful common area which includes outdoor hot tubs, perfect for après-ski relaxing. Village Connect service offers complimentary transportation throughout Beaver Creek, so getting around is easy - no fuss, no muss. Confirmations automatically go out when payments are received. Total rental costs are due upon booking for reservations made within 60 days of the reservations start date. For bookings of one month or longer the balance of the rental cost is due 60 days prior to the reservation start date.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES:
Free cancellations within 24 hours of booking for reservations made outside of 30 days. A $200 per unit handling fee will be charged on cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival. 100% of the total rental funds received are non-refundable for any reason on cancellations made less than 60 days of arrival. We strongly urge you to purchase traveler’s insurance either thru us or on your own. Contact us prior to or on the day of final payment to purchase. Partial or pro-rated funds are not available in cases of weather, lack of snow, poor skiing conditions, health issues, transportation delays, pandemics, COVID-19 outbreaks, resort closures or governmental orders. We strongly urge you to purchase traveler’s insurance either thru us or on your own. Contact us prior to or on the day of final payment to purchase.

If you are arriving sooner, please make prior arrangements for your luggage etc. Not all properties have a storage area or lobby. Check out is at 10:00am. You must receive prior written approval at least 3 days prior to departure date for a later time to avoid an additional charge. If we can accommodate your request for different times, we may tentatively approve your request. Note however, pre approved times may need to be cancelled. A fee will be charged for last-minute, and/or unapproved early check-ins or late check-outs. Please plan accordingly.
